How it works
- Your loyalty program — points, rewards, and earn rules — is set up in your Square account.
- Once you enable it on the Kiosk, the program is available to guests automatically — there's nothing to rebuild in Lumina.
- Enrollment runs through Square Loyalty (typically by phone number), so a guest's points follow them across your Square-powered channels.
Enable Square Loyalty on the Kiosk
If you use Square Loyalty, turn it on for the Kiosk in Remy:
- In Remy, tap the circle icon in the upper left corner to open the app menu.
- Tap Square Integration.
- Toggle Loyalty Program on.
- Restart the Kiosk. Once it reloads, guests will see an Earn Rewards option next to the View Order button.
Promote loyalty on the Kiosk menu
Beyond the built-in Earn Rewards button, you can spotlight loyalty on the menu itself using collections.
- In Remy's Menus tab, open Collections and add a Loyalty Program and/or Rewards highlight (see Menu management → Collections).
- Set its cover image. As Remy notes, "Tapping cover image will promote user signup" — guests who tap it are taken into the rewards signup flow.
