Loyalty

How it works

  • Your loyalty program — points, rewards, and earn rules — is set up in your Square account.
  • Once you enable it on the Kiosk, the program is available to guests automatically — there's nothing to rebuild in Lumina.
  • Enrollment runs through Square Loyalty (typically by phone number), so a guest's points follow them across your Square-powered channels.

Enable Square Loyalty on the Kiosk

If you use Square Loyalty, turn it on for the Kiosk in Remy:

  1. In Remy, tap the circle icon in the upper left corner to open the app menu.
  2. Tap Square Integration.
  3. Toggle Loyalty Program on.
  4. Restart the Kiosk. Once it reloads, guests will see an Earn Rewards option next to the View Order button.

Promote loyalty on the Kiosk menu

Beyond the built-in Earn Rewards button, you can spotlight loyalty on the menu itself using collections.

  1. In Remy's Menus tab, open Collections and add a Loyalty Program and/or Rewards highlight (see Menu management → Collections).
  2. Set its cover image. As Remy notes, "Tapping cover image will promote user signup" — guests who tap it are taken into the rewards signup flow.
