Your Lumina account doesn’t have to be a one-person job. With Team in Remy, an Admin can invite teammates by text message, give each person the access they need, and remove them when they move on.
Only people with the Admin role, or a Custom role that includes Account management, can invite, edit, or remove teammates. Everyone else sees a read-only view of their own access.

Roles and permissions

Every teammate has one of three roles. With a Custom role, you turn each area on or off:
Start new teammates on Regular. Switch to Custom only when someone needs a narrower set of permissions.

Invite a teammate

1

Open Team in Remy

Open the app menu in Remy and tap Team. You’ll see your current teammates under Members and anyone who hasn’t joined yet under Invited.
2

Tap Invite

Tap Invite. If your team is empty, tap Invite a teammate instead.
3

Enter their details

Enter the person’s Name and their mobile number. Invites are sent by text message.
4

Choose a role

Pick Admin, Regular, or Custom. For Custom, tap Edit and switch on the capabilities they need.
5

Choose locations

Leave All locations selected, or tap Change to pick specific locations. This row doesn’t appear for Admins, who always have access to every location.
6

Send the invite

Tap Send invite. Remy shows Invite sent. and the person appears under Invited.
Invites expire after 7 days. You can have one pending invite per phone number.

If the invite doesn’t go out

Sometimes the invite is saved but the text message isn’t delivered. Remy shows Invite created — not delivered. Tap Try sending again, tap Share link to send the link yourself, or tap Go to team list and resend it later.

Manage pending invites

Tap a pending invite under Invited to see its role, locations, who sent it, and when it expires. From there you can:
  • Resend link — sends the text again. This also renews an expired invite.
  • Share link — opens your phone’s share sheet so you can send the link through any app.
  • Revoke invite — cancels the invite. The link stops working immediately, and you can send a new one later.

Accept an invite

If you’ve been invited, here’s what to expect.
1

Download Remy

Download Remy on your phone if you don’t have it yet.
2

Tap the link

Open the text message and tap the invite link. Remy opens and shows You’re invited to your business, with the role, permissions, and locations you’ve been given.
3

Accept and continue

Tap Accept and continue. Remy texts a code to the number the invite was sent to.
4

Verify your number

Enter the 6-digit code and tap Verify & join. If it doesn’t arrive, wait for the countdown and tap Send a new code.
5

Add your name

If your account doesn’t have a name yet, enter the name your team should see and tap Join.
6

Go to your business

Tap Go to your business to start using Remy.
You must verify the same phone number the invite was sent to. If you’d like to join with a different number, ask your Admin to send a new invite to it.

Edit or remove a teammate

1

Open the teammate

In Team, tap the person under Members.
2

Make your changes

Tap Edit next to Role to change their role, or next to Locations to change where they can work. Custom roles also have an Edit row for capabilities.
3

Save

Tap Save. Remy shows Changes saved.
To remove someone, tap Remove from team and confirm. They lose access straight away, and you can invite them again later.
Every business needs at least one Admin. If you’re the only one, Remy stops you from changing your own role or removing yourself until you add another Admin.

What teammates see

Permissions apply as soon as you save them — teammates don’t need to sign out.
  • Tabs and menu items a person doesn’t have access to are hidden.
  • Screens they can’t open show You don’t have access to this, with a prompt to ask an Admin.
  • Teammates without Account management see Team as a read-only Your access card showing their role, what they can do, and their locations.
  • Removed teammates see You no longer have access the next time Remy refreshes.

Limit a teammate to specific locations

Location access controls which locations someone can see, and which devices and availability they can manage. Menus are shared across all locations.
